Common questions

How are clients' individually identifiable health information ("health information") protected?

Next Level provides encrypted end-to-end communication between your Center and clients and no data is stored at the local level or on external devices, making our software safe and secure. If you are a covered entity, we recommend that your Center familiarizes itself with all applicable privacy guidelines and takes the appropriate actions to comply with those guidelines.

Does support have access to my client information?

Yes. Occasionally our support team may need temporary access to help resolve an issue. This is industry standard for center management software and our handling of your data is covered under our contractual agreement.  In short, we will not use client information in any way outside the normative parameters of data entry and management. Neither Next Level nor its parent organization will contact your clients at any time for any purpose, without your express, written consent. All statistics and data analysis stemming from your client data will first be redacted for the protection and privacy of your clients and organization.

Is a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) available?

Next Level can enter into a (Heartbeat International provided) Privacy Protection Agreement or Association Agreement with your pregnancy help organization, if applicable. Ensuring your clients’ health information is of utmost importance for Next Level™, and we are committed to working with your organization to meet this crucial goal.

What are the technical requirements to run Next Level?

Next Level runs in a modern web browser and works on most current computers, tablets, and phones. 
Browser – Modern browsers are supported. Google Chrome is recommended for the best experience.
Internet Speed – 20 Mbps minimum. 100 Mbps or higher recommended for the best experience.
Devices – Next Level works on most modern Windows and Mac computers as well as current iOS and Android devices.
